Connect Your Website, Payments, and Business Tools
A connected system should make the next step obvious. We define the events and field mapping, connect the services, and plan for validation, retries, and useful failure notifications.
A focused offer
Built around the work that needs to happen.
APIs and workflows that move validated information between your website, payment tools, CRM, databases, email, and other services.
A good fit for
Businesses with disconnected tools and duplicate entry
Teams adding payments, email, or CRM behavior to a website
Operators who need a reliable API or webhook workflow
What we can scope
The pieces that make the system useful.
- API and event mapping
- Secure server-side integrations
- Field validation and error handling
- Notifications, retries, and monitoring appropriate to the workflow
Relevant project evidence
Payments and inquiry delivery
The current BLNK site uses server-side inquiry handlers, signed sessions, webhook delivery, Stripe checkout, Resend-related project context, n8n notifications, and PostHog events. Existing payloads and event semantics remain in place as the site grows.
How a project takes shape
A clear path from idea to working product.
List the systems, credentials, events, and data that need to move.
Define field mapping, validation, permissions, and the expected response.
Implement and test the integration with mocks or test mode where available.
Document failures, retries, and the owner’s operating responsibilities.
Questions
Before we start.
Can you connect existing tools?+
Yes, when the tools expose a suitable API, webhook, export, or supported integration path. We review those constraints before committing to a design.
What happens if an integration fails?+
The workflow should surface a useful error, avoid claiming success before acceptance, and retry or notify an owner where that behavior is appropriate.
Do we need to replace our website?+
No. An integration can often be added to an existing site or application if its architecture and access support the change.
What credentials are required?+
The required API keys, webhook secrets, test accounts, or OAuth access depend on the services involved. Secrets stay server-side and are handled through the project’s deployment configuration.
